Supply Chain is a customer-focused Center of Excellence providing industry-leading service while delivering differential value to the business, today and into the future. We separate our Supply Chain functions into several areas; these include logistics, customer fulfillment, services, trade compliance, and support for business processes and systems. At LYB Supply Chain and Procurement are split into two different departments:

• Supply Chain team members play a critical role in helping the company supply our products to a global customer base

• Procurement team members play a vital role in optimizing the value and quality of the materials and services we secure to ensure our operations maintain peak performance
