FAIRPORT HARBOR, OH. – March 12, 2018 – LyondellBasell, one of the world’s largest plastics, chemical and refining companies, recently appointed Ted Cudak as the new site manager of the Fairport Harbor Plant.
For Cudak, moving back to the Fairport Harbor region is a bit of a homecoming. Cudak previously worked in Ashtabula, Ohio and lived in the area for 13 years.
Cudak is replacing Antero Ortega-Velazco, who moved to become site manager at LyondellBasell’s Edison Plant in New Jersey.
With more than 31 years of engineering and management experience in chemical manufacturing, Cudak previously served as the Health and Safety Manager at LyondellBasell’s Morris Complex in Morris, Illinois.
“I look forward to working alongside the great people at our Fairport Harbor Plant to continue to provide quality products the world counts on and uses every day,” said Cudak.
Cudak is a graduate of Bradley University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
