LCA Awards
The safety performance of the Lake Charles Plant has been recognized as "best in class" for several years by the Louisiana Chemical Association.
NPRA awards. The plant also has been recognized for outstanding safety performance by the National Petrochemical and Refiners Association, receiving an Award for Meritorious Safety Performance, a Gold Award and an Award for Safety Achievement.
AFPM Award
The American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers honored the Lake Charles facility with the Distinguished Safey Silver Award. This recognition is based on the plant's excellent safety performance.
