- Except in specific cases, all roles at LYB are posted both internally and externally for a minimum of five business days. If there’s a significant change in a role’s requirements, like the location or minimum qualifications, the job generally will be reposted to maintain transparency. This change ensures that everyone – internal and external to LYB – has the chance to view and apply for new roles. By default, all jobs posted externally are automatically pushed to LinkedIn, Indeed, and thousands of additional industry, education, and diversity alliance job boards.
